Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

When ordering silicone raw materials from suppliers, SUNSHINE requires test reports from the supplier’s inspection centre, including RoHS, REACH, SDS and UL fire ratings. Once the silicone rubber is delivered to the factory, it is checked by the factory’s IQC department for quality and quantity before being stocked.

In-process quality control (IPQC)

During production, the production line is regularly inspected by IPQC personnel on a daily basis until the end of the process. If the product is inspected by IPQC personnel and any defects are found, the machine parameters are adjusted immediately.

Quality control (QC)

At the end of the additional process, quality control personnel carry out extreme sampling and spot checks of all products according to standard inspection procedures. Each product is subjected to a final quality control check before it is packed.

Packaging and Quality Assurance (QA)

Finally, the QA department carries out outgoing quality control according to the acceptance quality limits. The packaging department packages the products that have passed the outbound quality control checks.
